E & R (E&R Wall Art / Art Deco Unique Inc.), based in Elmhurst, Queens, is a mural and decorative-finish painting studio led by co-founder and president Rodica Marinescu, who holds a bachelor's degree in mural art from the National University of Art in Bucharest, Romania, and brings about seventeen years of experience in mural painting, decorative wall finishes, and gilding.
