Gavin Snider

Gavin Snider paints to slow down the world and to learn about the places and people around him. With a background in architecture, much of his work focuses on building and cityscapes. A few times a week he picks a location, whether a famous landmark or a far-flung neighborhood, packs up his supplies, and goes to paint. In a way, these paintings are a form of urbanism, the study of city life.

I'm an artist, designer, and musician based in Brooklyn. I capture New York & the world around me. I create murals & site-specific installations. My artwork helps clients communicate their ideas, share the things that are important to them, and celebrate what makes them unique. I draw things that are worth remembering. I draw the things I believe in.
