Jade Doskow is an architectural and landscape photographer based in New York who holds a BA from New York University and an MFA in photography from the School of Visual Arts. She is best known for Lost Utopias, a decade-long series photographing the surviving architecture and landscapes of world's fairs with a large-format camera, published as a monograph by Black Dog London in 2016 and ranked among American Photo's top 50 photo books that year. She now serves as Photographer-in-Residence at Freshkills Park, documenting the transformation of the former Staten Island landfill, and teaches at the School of Visual Arts and CUNY. Her photography has appeared in the New York Times, Aperture, Hyperallergic, and Smithsonian.
