
Konstance Patton
Mixed mediaKonstance Patton is a Brooklyn-based muralist and community art educator who also creates under the name Konstance Patton Ke-nee-go-keshek. Her practice centers on public murals and portraiture, and on free art classes and workshops aimed at teaching young people, with any monetary support directed toward class supplies. She has painted murals in Manhattan's Lower East Side and, during 2020, contributed street-level artwork in Soho and later on kiosks in Harlem as part of a loose collective of NYC artists working through the Soho Renaissance Factory studio space. Her stated approach describes empowering communities through art and 'teaching the next generation of change makers.'
