My work sits between Womanism,Owning Sexuality,African spirituality,NYC subcultures, and the everyday sacred using materials like paint,goldleaf, found obejects like incense boxes and fabrics to create shrines that honor the divine feminine and reimagine women as deities, protectors, and muses. I transform overlooked materials and familiar symbols into vessels of memory, ritual, and resilience. Each piece is both sanctuary and celebration—a reflection of how spirit, culture, and imagination thrive in the hood and beyond.
