Mike Serafino

Mike Serafino is a Brooklyn-based painter working across a wide range of styles and subjects — social scenes, landscape, the figure, nature, abstraction. He holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and an MFA from Brooklyn College, and has shown work across New York and beyond for over two decades. By day he works at an urban park, tending to plant life and helping keep some of the city’s green spaces alive. That same eye for the living world carries into the work, taking a close look at the intersection of the grown and the built.
