I like to incorporate a playful aspect into my animation and illustration. I like to experiment with combining genres to see if the context changes. Currently I am working on a body of work that are 80’s style video game images of classic characters. Seeing a “modern” art form such as video game style combined with classic literature or opera has a playful result. I am working on a film in this technique along with a body of sculptural work that addresses this concept. Currently completing a 2D animated film that explores what happens when one stops.
