Tony Sjöman, who works under the name Rubin415, is a muralist and studio artist based in New York City. Born in Sweden to Finnish parents, he draws on his Nordic heritage and the energy of urban architecture, working freehand in a style bridging fine art, street art, and design, often incorporating metallic pigments and industrial textures. His practice grew from early graffiti work into large-scale murals seen throughout Manhattan, including a commission on the 69th floor of World Trade Center 4, alongside collaborations with brands such as Nike, Lululemon, and American Express. In 2016 Dokument Press published his monograph, Rubin: New York/Scandinavia, and his work has been covered by The New York Times, Juxtapoz, and Vice.
