New York-based artist WERC (Jari "Werc" Álvarez) is a muralist and mixed-media artist known for large-scale public art and street art. He has collaborated with artist Geraluz on major mural projects, including "To the Moon, and Back," created as part of the reimagined NASA Art Program in Hudson Square, NYC, and contributions to the longest mural on the East Coast United States at 1.35 miles in Newark, NJ. His work bridges the scientific community and the general public through vibrant visual storytelling. WERC has been featured in publications including NJ Monthly and recognized among the top NYC street artists by outlets such as RSVLTS and Untapped Cities.
