Moeller Fine Art
Art galleryMoeller Fine Art is a gallery on Manhattan's Upper East Side, with a second location in Berlin, specializing in late-19th- and 20th-century German Expressionism and Bauhaus-era art. It was founded by Achim Moeller as Achim Moeller Ltd. in London in 1972 and relocated to New York in 1984, where Moeller remains principal and is a member of the Art Dealers Association of America. Over more than fifty years the gallery has placed major works by artists including Max Beckmann, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, and Lyonel Feininger with institutions such as the Guggenheim Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the National Gallery of Art. Moeller is also recognized as an authority on Feininger and on Mark Tobey, maintaining scholarly archives for both artists' work.
