Organization of Puerto Rican Artists, Inc. (O.P.Art) is a New York-based artist-run nonprofit founded in 1992 by artist Luis Carle to support the work of emerging Latino artists, with exhibitions held at venues including the Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center in Manhattan.
