Wyckoff House and Association
Art galleryWyckoff House and Association operates the Pieter Claesen Wyckoff House, identified as New York City's oldest surviving building, on roughly an acre and a half of parkland in Brooklyn. The organization's mission is to preserve, interpret, and operate the historic farmhouse while using educational and farm-based programming to explore themes of immigration, family, food, and community. Its programs include school field trips and group tours, farm and garden activities, and community events held both on-site and online, along with an annual St. Nicholas Day fundraiser tied to the property's Dutch colonial history. The museum functions as both a historic house and a working farm site in Brooklyn.
