Abrons Arts Center is a multidisciplinary cultural venue on Grand Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side, operated as a program of Henry Street Settlement. For over a century it has served as a home for artists across theater, dance, visual art, and community programming, offering exhibitions, performances, educational residencies, and public festivals. Its offerings include the New York Community Trust Van Lier Fellowship Residency and recurring public programs such as Summer in the Plaza. Abrons also provides studio and performance space rentals and extensive youth and adult educational programming as part of Henry Street Settlement's long civic and artistic presence on the Lower East Side.
