Aine Art is the practice of Alan Aine, a self-taught figurative impressionist painter with more than two decades of experience whose work has appeared across New York neighborhoods including Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, and Park Slope in Brooklyn and Ridgewood in Queens, as well as in Manhattan. Working in mixed media that combines acrylic, oil pastel, graphite, ink, and oil paint on large canvases, Aine is known for portraits centered on his subjects' intensely rendered eyes, which he uses to evoke emotional connection; his stated philosophy is that the art speaks for itself. He has built an international collector base largely outside traditional gallery structures, and in 2025 his work traveled to the Roskilde Music Festival in Denmark.
