The park's grounds include more than 3,750 trees, a series of piers and gardens, and an Environmental Education Center that leads programming for roughly 20,000 participants annually. Alongside its ecological programming, Brooklyn Bridge Park hosts public art installations, fitness classes, youth and adult sports leagues including basketball, volleyball, and soccer, kayaking, birding tours, and seasonal events such as the outdoor film series "Movies With A View."
