Art galleryJill Newhouse Gallery is a New York gallery founded in 1980 by Jill Newhouse, a fourth-generation art dealer and longtime member of the Art Dealers Association of America, where she has served as president of the ADAA Foundation. Operating by appointment from a townhouse near the Metropolitan Museum since 2007, the gallery specializes in nineteenth- and twentieth-century European and American works on paper, mounting monographic exhibitions on artists including Corot, Delacroix, Géricault, Millet, Redon, Rodin, and Vuillard, alongside contemporary artists such as Cecily Brown and Peter Doig. Its sales have gone to museums including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Louvre.
