The FLAG Art Foundation
Art galleryThe FLAG Art Foundation is a non-collecting, nonprofit exhibition space in Chelsea, Manhattan, founded in 2008 by art patron Glenn Fuhrman. It mounts solo, two-person, and thematic group exhibitions of emerging and established artists from around the world, with all exhibitions and public programs offered free of charge. Since opening, it has presented more than 100 exhibitions featuring nearly 1,000 artists, alongside artist talks, workshops, and guided tours, and it runs a Spotlight series pairing artworks with commissioned critical writing. The foundation also lends contemporary works from the Fuhrman Family Foundation collection to museums.
