Art galleryCoplan Hurowitz Art Advisory is an independent art advisory and curatorial firm in New York City, led by Sharon Coplan Hurowitz, specializing in postwar and contemporary prints and multiples. Before founding the firm, Hurowitz spent seven years as a specialist in the Contemporary Print Department at Sotheby's and Christie's. She is the author of John Baldessari: A Catalogue Raisonné of Prints and Multiples, 1971–2007 (Hudson Hills Press, 2009), and has co-published limited-edition print portfolios, including one with The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Gemini G.E.L. marking the Met's 150th anniversary, featuring artists such as Jasper Johns, Kerry James Marshall, and Julie Mehretu. The firm advises corporations, institutions, and private collectors by appointment.
