Entrance is a contemporary art gallery rooted in the downtown New York art community, with Louis Shannon serving as founding director. Built around exhibitions, events, and artist-curated projects, the gallery spotlights emerging and independent voices alongside established contemporary artists, aiming to preserve the informal, experimental spirit of New York's downtown scene. Entrance began on Manhattan's Lower East Side and, in 2024, expanded to a 10,000-square-foot outdoor sculpture space in Red Hook, Brooklyn, where it hosts large-scale works, installations, performances, and community-facing cultural projects alongside its original location.
