Salon 94 is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2003 by dealer Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn, originally opening as part of her home in the Carnegie Hill section of Manhattan's Upper East Side, in a space designed by architect Rafael Viñoly. The gallery later added locations on the Lower East Side and in the Bowery before consolidating in a historic Museum Mile building that had housed the National Academy of Design. Salon 94 represents an international roster including Judy Chicago, Marilyn Minter, Huma Bhabha, Lorna Simpson, Betty Woodman, and Rick Owens, spanning painting, sculpture, video, ceramics, and design. Its complementary S94 Design program, launched in 2017, highlights designers working across fine art and functional objects.
